The Midland Aerotow Group is a operated jointly by the Leicestershire Microlight Aircraft Club and the Mercian Hang Gliding Club . The main site of operations is the LMAC club field at Swinford in Leicestershire. The group also operates from other sites in the county of Leicestershire.

The group owns two tugs, a Pegasus XL trike, modified for the aero tow launching of hang gliders and a Pegasus AX2000 3 axis microlight capable of launching a dual hang glider. The group has also been involved in trials using the Pegasus Quantum as a tug, including aero towing launching of conventional sailplanes.
